on other cars that have a large gap wher air can escape without going through the rad it helps and there are a few tuner mags that have proved it. However on the tc its not likely to do much more than look good.
the reason i think this is because the tc uses a gasket (rubber weather stripping) on the hood and on top of the grill which prevents the air from just going over the radiator support and missing the radiator. However if your using an aftermarket hood that gasket is long gone and the Air diversion panel may help in that case.

Good luck with your sales! It's a fine looking product.
OEM tC hood has a nice seal that keeps most of the air hitting the radiator, but like the man said before, it's good for keeping beer and tools on. Also good for hiding any poorly done or pink horn wiring (what I had on hand).
