hi guys. i recently bought a used tc and wondering if anyone can shed some light on something for me...

A) these are the lights that the previous owner had on them when i bought the car. http://www.newscionparts.com/product/?id=1816

i dont even know the brand/model of either of these lights to do a proper search for prices online. i want to find someone who has the red lights (B) and who is willing to simply trade them for the ones i have (A). the lights i have are LED and i have a feeling they are also more expensive than the red ones. so would i just be a sucker to trade them straight up or should i also try to get some cash for them on top of the trade? and if so, how much? your thoughts? thanks!

 

if you are a sucker, trade them straight up. you can get the (B) "red ones" (im guessing anzos) for about $130 shipped, while your TYCs (A) go for at least $200.

dude keep the TYC's. they're discontinued, and in my opinion the best looking/performing option for the tc. grab a red overlay from bluebatmobile if you don't like the amber signal.

on that note, here's a picture I took tonight - I've never been able to get the crisp brightness of the TYC's LEDs to translate in a photo, but this is close.

i know the TYCs are better i just think they look a little too flashy for me. i kind of like the simpler classic red. so the difference in price about $70 bucks is accurate? what do you think? if i find someone to trade with me, just ask them for 50 bucks or so?

 

No he thought you meant anzos by the red ones. Those are just oem. they go for 70 er 80.

I used to know but can't remember. Where do I get the Anzo's with the slightly smoked bottom? Like the red/clear ones but the clear is smoked.

Modern: the link you posted for domo looks great! Are te bottoms slightly tinted? Hard to tell on my screen. Are there any pics ofthose on somebodys car?

The pic is deceiving. In person the bottom is clear. I'm sure if u go back a couple pages u will find a pair mounted on a tc. I have a pic of blacked out anzos. Check out my profile if u wanna see them!
