I had more fun running today than I did during Redline. Perhaps a lot of that had to do with running 2.5 sec faster than my previous NA lap record. That and a guy driving a Z06 was impressed and thought I was on slicks. He admitted he could not keep up with me so I was taken back by that, and can't wait till I'm back on boost.

If i remember correctly it was 350 for three days but 150 for a day during redlinetime attack weekend. For regular non events it's truly expensive. I was told that it's roughly 500 bucks for one day.

Got to get some other much needed obligations taken care of first. And then I'll return to boost. And the return will be EPIC!

Cause when I come back, it won't just be a PTuning kit, it will be their fuel return setup (race version), Methanol Injection, and a good 14lbs of boost to go with it.

So, I'm coming out guns blazin with nothing to hold me back except a stock motor. Looking to take a stock motor into the 11sec 1/4 mile barrier, and looking to run into the 1:11 sec time zone at NSS. I will need to get my wheels/tire package setup to do either of the two, so I'm taking my time and not rushing it. And I'll need my StopTechs for the NSS goal (looking to get the Celica GTS BBK instead of the Scion BBK one, and it's nearly a grand more for the GTS BBK).

Hopefully my 350z will be gone come late spring. In 2011-2012 a new RWD platform will take over to fill that "drift" side of me (FT-86).

I think next on the list of mods for the tC is probably the ES Master Bushing Set.

I have to balance all this stuff with raising a family, getting a house...etc. Normal family man duties, so I don't mod as fast as I use to when me and the Lady were carefree kids having fun.

True that. LSD being one of them. Set me back about a good $2k. That's why you rarely see anyone with an LSD.

Cheapest way to get two wheels spinning.....Find a junked up xB2 at the salvage yard. Their Transmissions are said to come from the factory with the TRD LSD in it already.

That's what my boy Brian keeps saying. We are sponsored by the Rivergate Toyota, and he talks to a lot of Scion reps and contacts. So, I wouldn't be surprised if it's accurate.

Dam...if it's true than I'm gonna go shopping. One problem is this junkyard near me has 13 2az-fe trans but I'm not sure which one is from an xB2. I doubt they are labeled that this one came from an xb, tc or even a camry.

Edit: Hey travis, how far does your Carbon fiber front splitter goes in? Does it stop right before the oil pan? or covers it a little?

Just go check out the trans, and look at the holes where the axles go in. If there is a bar running through the center, then it's the stock diff. But if you can look straight through it, it has an LSD.

That's going to depend on how far you set the splitter out, but mine does not block me from changing the oil. Mine is set out about 5 inches in front of the bumper, which puts the end of it just right before the Oil filter.

Amen. Best money I never spent. If Rado hadn't given me one of his I never ever would have known what I was missing out on, a friend of mine just got one too after realizing how amazing the difference is.
