I just don't really understand the purpose of putting on the tow hook when it's not needed.

Did u have to tow ur car to the photoshoot? Not really my style and I have heard of atleast 3 tC's that have gotten stolen cause they thought it the tow hooks looked good.

you guys got it all wrong, the tow hook is actual useful, you tie it to a pole like you would with a bike, and BAMN!!
