Default Rear Panoramic Roof Glass Breaking

I have an 06 tc, with a tein basic coilover set installed and the other day I was driving and the back panoramic roof glass(over the back seats) shattered. I don't know if something somehow flew up and hit the galss to cause it to shatter or if this is a design flaw etc. I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem. I know my car is lower and the suspension is a lot stiffer but I can't imagine that would have caused just the back roof window to break. Any thoughts comments would be great.
Thanks

the car frame wouldnt flex enough to break any glass, so i doubt your suspension would cause it. you would know if your coil was missing any thing when you drive. where were you driving, could anybody have shot it with a pallet gun. take it to the dealer and tell them but dont go tellyng them about your car being worked on a couple days ago, see what happens

it takes a small flaw and a few stresses to cause the galss to shatter

i've seen it happen a few times.. most from temperature stresses and some flaw that was in the glass already or a flaw that was put there by accident.

the body does flex quite alot.. so that can't be ruled out completely.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the input! I figured it had something to do with some kinda of flaw. I have had my coilovers on for at least 3 months now and they are running good. No noises or shifting or anything. Sorry I don't have any pics for you guys, but you can imagine just a big hole of shattered glass on that rear piece of glass. Off to the dealer tommorrow, cross your fingers. Thanks again.

Should get the Ingalls rear brace once you get it fixed. It helps eliminate unwanted flex in the rear of the TC.

I already have the greddy front and rear strut tower braces. However I just found out that something did hit the glass, and it had nothing to do with any flex of the suspension etc. I actually found the spot where something hit leveing a little hole and what looked like a bullet exit wound on the under side of the glass. Stupid trucks and there dumb cargo, take the 5 minutes to wash out your ____ before you go home.
Off to insurance I go.
