I have a rs4 and i was wondering do they have any fog lights out there that would fit in my rs4 front bumper lip?

nope.

sorry, but nobody is going to make foglights for a tC with a special bumper that was limited to just 2300 units. they'd have to get their hands on an rs 4 tc, figure out the how/what/where of foglights and somehow make a foglight that is priced and style right to appeal to all 2300 owners. in other words, there is no benefit in it for anybody, toyota or aftermarket to make such a small production run of custom fitted foglights.

you'll just have to get a universal set that you like and figure out where to mount them if you absolutely have to have them. hell, it looks like OEM fog lights wouldn't be too hard to make work.

^^you can use the OEM foglights with the rs.4.

there are no foglights for the little cutouts though.

Correct, without any modification the only fogs that fit are the oem grille ones
