^that's probably more having the LED than anything else, might need a wider dispersion bulb for that look

So you are making the corners out of raw material?

Sorry, didn't get a chance to work on it yet..
Currently, it's very difficult to make the lens with the clips..
But we are working on a new mold to have the clips, so it will be plug and play for the xB2

Is that molded piece or cut to size from home depot diffuser sheet??

You can't make it light up completely, other option you have is adding LED strips...

To get rid of the bubble, you need either vaccume or pressure chamber..
Let me know if you can make them without bubbles, so I that I don't have to make one for the tC

i dont think he had a problem with any bubbles in his resin.

I do believe he said he wanted to make the next pair with out the diamond patern to make them completely smooth.

resin is sketchy...not sure if quality is an issue or what not. But a while back I bought a set of cc's and they yellowed like a SOB, glad that I didn't install them (they broke before I had the chance).

Just throwin' it out there, hope you figured it out or tested to see if discoloration sets in.

Ledmod I thought you were working on tC set? Went xB2 first...? Oh and I'm pretty sure that grumpy used the HD sheets, you can see the gaps on the corners

You would need the vaccume chamber or some sort to make it without bubble...
So as of now, he hasn't said anything about made them without bubbles..

Depends on the resin, they tends to yellow... not sure what kind of resin he used...

I'm using lexan, I've been testing them under the sun for some time now, about couple of months... it hasn't yellowed yet..

xB2 clear corner is made already...
I'm working tC clear corner request by Dave..

Lenses are currently being 3d scanned into my computer. Then the diffuser texture will be modified and a new lens will be 3d printed.

Once that's said and done, they'll be ready for molding and production.
