Default Scion tC headlight Reflector

so i ordered a 2010 tC that I will get in August, and already I'm planning on what im going to do to it. :D

so i've been researching and trying to find out on my own but I'm having no luck.... so what do you guys think?

Amber Headlight Reflector

not a big fan of the amber headlight reflector... so i came upon these.

Does the reflector have its own bulb? If so, what kind?

Because these are projector headlights... could i just buy HID bulbs and plug in play? Or would i def still need a HID kit?

Let me know what you guys think.

thanks!

You car going to get rid of headlights that are worth over $200 a piece for some POS headlights that will have horrible cutoff, fog up, and the leds will burnout in a few weeks, not smart.

Just get some overlays for the side markers or bake them open and tint them.

lol, I'll def stick with overlays.

Could i just buy reflector overlay? Or would i pretty much have to shape it out of a entire headlight overlay?

The link I posted above is for the reflector overlays, they are pre-cut and ready to install. It just covers the reflectors not the whole headlight

As stated earlier; keep the OEM headlights. For a cleaner look, replace the amber reflector with a clear
light defuser from Home Depot or Lowes. Get chrome turn signal bulbs that light up amber and you'll
be straight housin' son.
