Alexisonfire

so last night iw as leaving my friends house and i noticed a big piece of plastic under my tire so i kicked it aside and drove off it was pretty dark out and i couldnt tell what it was so i left. this morning i woke up drove to work adn when i got here i noticed that the cover was missing and thats what i kicked aside last night now im pretty sure somehting liek that just cant really fall off can it? its in there pretty good right? well now i have to get a replacement and since there is exposed wiring it cant get wet im assuming so i wrapped it in a plastic bag, looking pretty good rihgt now....is there anywhere i can get a painted replacement sent out to me other then toyota, i have an 08 blue ribbon metallic tc by the way
