Had finals and some other stuff I needed to take care of, so fogs are delayed. I got the lenses polished up and the fogs are back together. Hopefully my grill will be finished this week and I'll be able to put everything on this weekend. Here are a few pics of the fogs back in one piece.

The outside edge is painted black, but the inside shroud is still a black chrome finish.

They look really nice. And will look great when you get them on. I have the JDM IS300 fogs on mine, no close pics though.

finally had some time to put in the foglights. I was afraid it would be hard to align them but it turned out ok. I used goop glue to glue on plumbers strap to both the foglight and the bumper. Thats how the foglights are mounted in place. Overall it turned out very well.

I like that the housing is black. The one thing I don't like about those other foglights for sale (Forget the name) is that the housing is chrome and doesn't match the headlights.

Thats exactly why I wanted to put these in, that and they are projectors. Even without painting them though, the 2004 and up h3 is300 fogs are black chrome so they aren't as "in your face" as the <2004 9006 fogs

Good job on everything, but I'd be a little worried about the fact that they are glued on.

I've used goop glue many times before, and it dries to a death grip if applied properly. I'm not worried at all. There is still some plastic left under the fogs that connected to the bumper so for those paranoid a ziptie around the fog would be a good backup i guess. But, even with the glue these aren't going anywhere!

Yea, its definetly not an easy job. I went throw a couple of dremel cutting wheels and it took alot of time to get it to fit right. I just kept cutting a little off and test fitting over and over. I think the hardest part is getting them to look the same left and right. I still have a functional up and down adjustment so I just had to aim left and right before gluing. They look great though, I'm happy with the mod and I think it was worth the effort.

You should give it another try, it takes some elbow grease to get them to fit also, so don't worry about being gentle.

now that you have custom fogs you need new headlights... the ebay ones dont cut it anymore with your setup IMO.

I have hids with those headlights so i stand to loose some money when I have to sell everything and rebuy things for a retrofit. I might decide on one in the future though. As of now I am a poor college student so taking it one step at a time lol.

you drilled them out for HID's, so open them up and tint them and custom paint the insides. maybe even replace the halos with ccfl's. if you talk to oznium.com he can get you custom colored halos for them. they are 80mm in size. here is a photo, enjoy
