Default tC: VRD Full TBL and Xetronic Digital HID's **(Pics)**

Just got these in today... VRD Smoked Full Third Brake Light and Xetronic Digital 8000k HID Kit ( Ya, I forked out the $500 for em' )... This is just a start for now, in the very near future I'll be ordering the VRD Fog's, Tanabe Concept G Exhaust, and Injen CAI... Post some pictures of that when it's installed (Few Weeks)... Ok, So on to the good stuff!

Here's a before, incase you never seen the back of a tC

And here's a few afters

Xetronic Digital 8000k HID's

Factory Cut-offs aren't too bad... Really quick and easy install for both the VRD TBL and HID's...

I had the eBay ones on my old tC... Xentec, Right?... They lasted me a grand total of 6 months and it usually took me 2 tries to get both of them to start-up... Here's the link, you can see the differences your self: http://www.xtralights.com/index.asp?...S&Category=390 There is a big difference...

Atleast that's what I think it is for. Analog has worked fine with all Scions, all years, all bulbs types...so clearly, a digital is not necessary. Waste of $370 if you ask me.

No... By Digital they mean there is no wire wound transformer that is steping up the power... It's all Digital circuitry inside steping up the power...

Ahh, gotcha. Still not worth the extra $300. Could have bought 4 sets of HID's for that price..

Do some research on these lights guys, you will find out why they cost so much... Not a big deal, but also they're made in Japan,,,

You paid $500 for HIDs that don't even have a relay and inline fuse? Wow. Man, I'd hate to be there when your wiring fries.
