Default tc wreck ?

yes i had a wreck coming home from work today, what a way to end a already bad day. Sucks big time.
here is what happened:
Going down interstate truck in front of me swerved at last minute to avoid hitting large 18wheeler re-cap. I tried swerving to miss it also but caught it and ended up spinning through median which had the concrete water trough in the middle also slid of a small tree, into the oncoming side.
Thankfully i did not hit anyone on that side and i was not hit either.

year 2008

Just from visual, and trying to get it off of road way.

Basically whole driver side, deeply dented all the way down the car
driver mirror gone
Fender - crumpled
door was held shut from fender
bottom rocker-gone
front wheel tire off rim, pushed back into firewall area
broken axle
rear tire pushed all the way back towards tail light(when wrecker was loading it it just kept going farther back.)
Side airbag deployed.
leaking all kinds of fluids on driver side guessing brake fluid
From the little known what should i expect.
Does it sound totaled?
If this is in the wrong section I am sorry.

Does sound totalled...
I wrecked mine a couple months after I bought it and I thought it was totalled but they fixed it some how a little less then $15,000 in damages. So who know's may or may not be totalled but most certainly does sound like it.

yeah, but i owe less than 6k on it, and it had 31,2xx miles on it. So im thinking all the parts, body work ,paint, labor will be high and i dont know if it has been twisted. friend from work has cell phone pics will be getting those tomorrow.

wudnt it actually be better tho if insurance calls it totaled then they pay like the amount of the car or replace it with a brand new one?
