i had previously done well with installing overlays on the reverse and third brake light, so
I attempted to install vinyl overlays on the turn signals, but didn't have good success, so i threw them away.

i see a few people selling tint spray on ebay, anyone use it on the mirror signals before?
do i need to clearcoat over it?
if i screw up, am i stuck with it, or can i get it off with mineral spirits?

They sell a spray-on tint you can peel off. I'd try that first. Also, the mirror signals aren't all that hard to remove, they'd be easier to spray that way.

well i yellowed out my turn signal with transparent spray paint. if you mess up you can take it off with brake cleaner... that stuff takes anything off haha. you can get tint at any hobby store just make sure its transparent. there are alot of people around where im from that have done it and it has turned out great.
