damn, that sucks hopefully they can fix the problem ASAP.

 

here are some pics, sciontific tc didn't seem to have an issue with the eyebrows blowing a fuse.









They look sealed up pretty well. Maybe insulating the back wall of the headlight might help. Other than that the eyebrows dont look awful and the halos r bright as hell!

I was thinking of getting new headlights and was talking to a guy and this is what he told me. No matter if you get the cheap 150 kit off Ebay or the nice name brand for 300 bucks its a smart idea to go buy some silicone and close it up for better protection. so if i come across a headlight i like thats not way out priced im going to buy it and use silicone around it.

o also was wondering, i have read both things, can someone who has these please state what is used. I have heard the halo is an LED which is cool that way you can put whatever color u want in, but then i have read CCFL which is that tube thing that cant be changed to a different color.

now i really want to see pics of these headlights and i wouldnt mind having them on my car like tomorrow if i did like it as much as i am right now.

another email update!!!

Hi Michael

Currently we only have Chrome housing head lights (photographed) and we should have the black housing pictures as soon as our new shipment on tC come in. There should be no issue with condensation because the manufacturer have tested these lights and we have sponsored one tC (king of ska) with our light and have not encountered any issues with condensation. Our head lights already came pre-installed with bulb and I beleive it is H3, I'll have to check on that. Lastly we would not recommend putting HID in our projector head light because of heat issues. In regard to pricing for some one who would be buying a full set, most likely we would be able to work some thing out. (i asked if someone who buys a full set if there could be a different discount applied)

they are ccfl... btw blue halos would put you into the illegal category

 

Anzo will not be releasing Blue halos or Blue leds in their head lights.

 

Also I was speaking with Paul from Anzo about the fuse problem I had and the manufacturer said it was from the tail lights, not the headlights. They have currently fixed that problem and there should be no issues from here on. Since I am using Anzo's only set of the demo taillights... I had problems because it was before the manufacturer fixed the problem.

so HIDs are a no-go with these housings then... that's too bad. Is anyone gonna try it anyway? lol...

 

so these projectors wont work with HID bulbs? what is the "heat issue"? i thought HID's ran cooler.

sorry I know this question might have been asked, but how's the fitmment of these new heads on tC ?

 

aznpimp the fitment looks good in pics check them out on pgs 5 and 6 and on the thread i just posted above... but i havent seem it in person but king hasnt said anything about a bad fit
