black/blue and black/clear refers to the projectors for the headlights.... they come in a blue projector and a clear projector.

And these Anzo headlights WILL NOT fog up. :D

 

is the blue ones are legal ? And whats the warranty on these heads ? Have ur car been out for a shower ?

 

The blue shaded projectors are legal. The light it emits is still the halogen white. Anzo products are all street legal. I have washed my car twice already with the headlights and tail lights and do not have any condensation or fog.

Shipping is close to 45.00 in the 58states due to the size of the box. Which would you rather pay 199.00 plus 25.00 or 180 plus 45.00 same total. One looks better does it not?

 

I guess e-bay guys had found a better shipping method. Around $20 better
