Default TOTALED, NOT TOTALED, CAN BE FIXED OR WHAT

The first picture is of the road I was driving on, I was driving northbound, The Lexus IS 300 going southbound. Air Bags deployed. I want to knwo if this is going to be totaled. Is it fixable??? How long can it take to be fixed???? Please let me know guys. Its only the front left side thats damaged. The rest of teh car is fine. The car won't start anymore though. LOL Please let me know what I can do. Thanks BTW the 63 year old lady was driving on teh wrong side of the lane and I couldnt brake in time, even though I was speeding just a little bit. Cops and my lawyer (brother and his friend) said that it is a he said/she said thing so the insurance is going to settle somrthing??? I donno. What do you think is going to happen to my car?? Totaled? How long will it take to fix?? Any help is much appriciated. Thanks

its fixable, dont think they will total it, because there is really not that much damage to the car, even tho the air bags deployed, its really not totaled

Don't worry dude, it'll be fine. Looks like it'll be in the shop for a few weeks.

Personally, I wouldn't want a fixed car.... I'd take a sledge hammer to it one night when its in the body shop.... I feel you on the wreck man, I know your sick about the car, but knowing me, I wouldn't want a wrecked car, so who knows... If you want it to be, it might be, and if not, it might not...

If he's still making payments and doesn't have GAP insurance... then its probably better than having a totalled car you might not get the full value for from the insurance company

Downside to fixing it... it shows up on the Carfax. It makes selling the car somewhat harder in the future. Even if the accident is not your fault, you still get f*cked somewhat cuz no one wants to buy a car that was in an accident.

What did you hit to make the metal "peel" like that?

The car will have a "salvage title"...cuz the airbag went off...I am pretty sure in any car if the airbag goes off...you have to register it as "salvage"....
