I have verad lights which are very nice. There multi color and glow in different directions. Controls are a pain and It is a bit pricey but I like em. My cost was like $300 with the install. They also sell a add on so that they flash with to the beat of music.

I'm rockin the Streetglow 7 Color LED kit. Great quality had if for 3 years on two different vehicles. All tubes link together so you dont have to individually wire up each tube like most kits do. Saves alot of time on install and headaches. Tubes are tough and glow is bright! I get alot of compliments.

I bought a bunch of Oznium cold cathode tubes and made my own under body kit. Its bright, looks good and was cheap. Only problem I had with it was that it took a long time to hook up.

Nope. Haven't broke any of the tubes yet except one. Not exactly sure what happened with it but it doesn't really glow, its really dim, could have just been a bad tube cuz it broke like a day after i put it in. I have blown a transformer tho but that was my own dumb butt mistake. I have them sealed with silicon and wrapped around the ends with electric tape. That keeps them dry. The transformers I have wrapped and zip tied in zip lock sandwich bags. As ghetto is that sounds its actually been working great. Of course those are hidden behind the bumpers and inside the side skirt so you can't see them. The thing that I like about these vs normal under body kits is that when something does break, like my transformer and that one tube, its cheap and easy to fix. For 6 bucks I can get 2 extra tubes and an extra transformer.
The thing that kept me away from the under body kits is their complexity. I could careless about having a multi colored under body kit. I just wanted one solid kit. I also didn't want the whole ecu thing goin on. I much prefered having a simple. One Switch power directly from the battery thing goin. Its just my personal preference tho.

I had StreetGlow LED tubes under my old Echo. The asshats at Toyota broke both of the side tubes when they lifted up the car to perform a service. I always told them not to use that type of lift for my car, knowing that they also have drive-on lifts. However, one time they didn't listen to me, they broke my kit, and then they told me it was like that when I brought the car to them. I wasn't able to prove otherwise, but it was blatantly obvious that Toyota broke the tubes. I had broken glass and wiring hanging down and scraping on the road during my trip home.
Anyway, I grew out of that rice phase.
