Default Upper Grille won't stay in..

I have an '05 tC and the upper stock grille will not stay in the tabs... I can push the corner back in to place but not even 5 minutes later it will pop back out.

I'm afraid to buy VRD grilles cause I'm not sure if there gonna stay put(like they're supposed to... any one else have or had this problem before??

Any suggestions on what I should do??

Thanks

I had the same problem with my stocker grill. The tabs just wore out I guess (on the grill, not the bumper)

bought VRD's and they hold in perfect.

I had that problem and ended up getting a new bumper. One of the tabs in the corner broke off so it would just fall off randomly.

Had the same problem yesterday my grill looked the same way and fell off, all the clips except one was broken, but I
gather it was from when I got my new OEM bumper and the body shop broke the clips transferring it to the new bumper.

yea the flat black came out alot nicer than i thought it would. I sanded it pretty light, enough to get the gloss off of it, washed it and let it dry. painted it with 2 coats of $5 rattle can flat black. came out damn nice i think!
