You should never have to do that much work to make a part fit that is "made" for the car. Parts like that should be a direct fitment. Maybe a little grinding since most all bumpers are going to have a little margin in them. But to have to add that much fiberglass to make a part that actually fills the gaps is crazy. It looks like it was made for a different car.
The amount of work and quality of it that you did is great. I give you a good game tap on that. LOL..The final product is great.

I remembered your car. Weren't you under a different SN on here?
Viniati hook'd me up on these for the issues it had. IDK, maybe it's me and my low tolerance levels on acceptance of these products. It's cool, tho. It's the product that I really wanted. Thanks for the input.

I have been under this screen name for a very long time. I used NCBIGGJ for a little while. Then when I started my company I switched over.
The way it looks on your car is great. Turned out very nice.

Awesome work, I'm glad it wasn't that complicated!
It looks like from the images we are going to have to retire that mold. Looks like we have printed way too many products from it and it looks to be very distorted at this point in time.
It is very true about fiberglass products however sometimes it does take a bit of work to make things set up right, but it shouldn't be that difficult for a Viniati part and for that I'm sorry (at least you got a discount!)
I don't think that this write up is going to help us sell any more of the product, ha ha. But no worries because we are going to take action and shut down that line, or take the Viniati name off that product because it doesn't represent us.
Just as a final note on this awesome write up, it is very true that fiberglass parts in general especially in aftermarket field do not fit 100% and that is just plain out truth, until we are able to have stabilization in the market where customers don't buy a lot of the cheap knockoff junk products for cheap maybe then they'll work on quality again. Our brand however does not wish to have this crappy fitment as a part of our name, although we might sell many other products and brands that have fitment issues we don't want our logo to be on this product anymore. Thank you for this write up and we appreciate all that our customers do to help us get better and find flaws.
Speaking of which our new website is up and running, enjoy the new layout and compare items options!

Wow that might possible be the best write up on installing a lip I have read......it came out very nice too.........so far every kit I have seen needs some sort of work time prior to paint, even the Five Axis kit took me 6 hours shaping the sides for perfect fit, front and rear of it were spot on,but that is expected on any molded product.......nice write up.
