Xtune HID Kits Good or Bad

Hey guys anyone buy this kit yet from speed element.Are they any good and would I need a wiring harness for it.thanks guys for your help.

By wiring harness i meant would i need a relay harrness so wont burn the stock wires.

I dont know anything about the brand you mentioned but MobileHID.com pwns. You sould buy from them amazing quality and great customer service.
