i asked that but i gues whats pictured is the final product. that would have been really cool to have the brackets.

its nothing a spot weld and more work to have the brackets put in.

Kristine - you get it installed yet? Any problems with a CEL? Do you need a CEL Eliminator?

Besides the collector it looks almost identical to the alphawerks, right down to the name plate on top of the runner. I was excited until I found out it was ANOTHER 4-1.

for any header without a cat, yes you will need a anti fouler. you need to space off the rear 02 sensor so it will see less flow than the first one.

Flaming starts now. The strup header doesn't have the mounting flange for the support brackets on the bottom. End of flamming

Those aren't extra brackets those are support brackets that is suppose to be there.

The hell with those brackets. Some are rusted on and hard to get to. I think its better w/o them. But i will be testing this header early next week. I just got my car back after a motor rebuild. So i need to break it in. So far im at 500 miles and ill hit the dyno and see what this header does. How many people are intrested in this header with a supercharger? Or NA? Im sure that the CEL will go on. But theres an easy fix for it. I use 4 non foulers to fool the O2. It works and easier to install then the O2 sim. Stay Tuned

hey yall, i witnessed this. my friend james had the strup header for his tc, it did not fit AT ALL! it was off about a good 5mm on each bolt on the top, and if you think this isnt alot, trust me it will be when you cant get it to fit the head. your best bet is to buy dc, same price about, and a much better product, proven by dc for horsepower increse and guarenteed for a perfect fit everytime. fits like a glove!
