Default 05-06 Head vs 07+ Head

Is there any difference other than the cams? From what I can tell, and according the the 2AZ-FE change pdf, it appears thats the only difference. Also IIRC, the 05/06 head studs are longer than the 07+ right? So Im assuming I couldnt use the 07+ studs with a 05/06 shortblock?
