2007 Scion tC low idle speed-solved
A big thank you to the forum contributors, I was able to solve another issue easily and inexpensively with your help.
I have a 2007 scion tc with 125,000 miles. we have owned the car for two years. The idle speed has always been very low (400-500 rpm) and seemed rough, sometimes felt like on the verge of stalling. After searching the forum i was armed with enough confidence to clean the throttle body and MAF sensor. The throttle body was very dirty. The idle is now up to 700-800 rpm and idles well.
Thanks again,
Tim
