Yeah there's a big letter on the bottom of the crankcase near the oil pan. It's also marked on the top of the piston, in my case it happened to be B. Same thing goes for the rods bearings and caps they are marked with numbers 1, 2, or 3

Thank you for the reply, I'm new to Toyota engines. I'm coming from K series Honda/Acura engines. This will make it easier for when the time comes to swap out the pistons.

Cool! Looks like there won't be any clearance issues with the valves as some said here, I talked to jimmyjun and he said these would give about 171whp on stock ecu ect. I just want to see if these make the engine knock at WOT on 91

Yeah jimmyjun told me there would be no clearance issues either. Well my dumbass didn't get head bolts yet so I can't bolt the head down and set the timing until tomorrow

Here in South Florida We have 87, 89, 91, and 93 but 91 is almost non existent. Most pumps just have 87, 89, and 93

Here in Fl we haven't had emissions for more than 10 years, so I couldn't tell you.

Default Update

The motor is completely back together, just have to put the power steering pump back up and reconnect everything. Hopefully in the next few days I'll have it running and post a vid, until then everything goes well
