Which is pretty much what I was getting at, and why I asked about your AR. On an engine that size you should see peak boost around 4000-4200 especially with a set of cams, ported head and intake manifold.

To be honest with you though, the design of the intake manifold is poor at best and it looks like it was just a rebadged venom/golden eagle unit. I don't know what this makes compared to stock but again based on my experience I would almost think that it kind of hurts the power, or at least compared to a properly designed piece. A box with runners is not conducive to laminar flow.

Either way, the car makes good power and I'm sure it's a blast to drive.
Well I assume the reason the PEAK boost hit by 5100 on race gas is because of the secondary maps? I could be wrong but, I know the car 100% different on Race Gas.

Also the intake manifold I got was from Descendant Racing, is that a terrible manifold? Worse than Stock?
Correct, that was the manifold I was speaking about.

I don't know what the hp difference or spool up difference is between that manifold and stock but in my experience with intake manifolds normally a box plenum with short runners can harm air flow rather than help it.

However without before and after numbers I can't say for certain. I was merely trying to point out possible reasons as to why the spool was so late on the setup. I make 27lbs on a stock 4g63 engine (2.0 liter) by 4250 on the same turbo. While this might be apples to oranges its just to give you something to compare to.

Please don't think I'm knocking your setup. I'm just trying to help maybe squeeze some more from what you have

No no, I am not taking that way! I was talking to them on how to fix it actually, I think it has to do with the Stock THrottle Body only being like 45MM. I saw in a magazine that AlphaWerks was supposed to come out with a 60MM TB by late this year. I sure hope its true.

It's funny.

I have built alot of high horsepower stuff in my time. Hondas, Mitsus, nissans, etc. I have come to the conclusion that it doesn't matter what kind of car you have. Horsepower made falls into a certain bracket. To make 500+ reliably, key workd here is reliable. it generally takes 30K.

Hope everything stands the test of time for you.

Well Don! I think I found the problem! Didn't take long for me to break the car:

Well after driving the car around this afternoon before I left to North East Ohio, the car was really acting up. Wasn't sure what was wrong however thought the clutch was giving me a few problems. Well I decided to call off the trip and investigate why my car was acting up again. Didn't take long after checking the Axles to see if something was broken.

It wasn't an Axle, it was the intercooler piping. Shaved all the way through:

And another major problem: The Fuel Pressure Regulator was flopping around like a ragdoll, making a horrible noise that I told them ABOUT! Nick(my buddy) and I could not figure out what it was.......till now

So whats the verdict? Think I will break 600HP with a fixed pipe? I think this has been causing my idling issue for a LOOONNNNGGGGG time

Bracket completely broken

Flopping in the Engine (broke the Gauge)

I'm not going to jail over a very childish mistake. However I already talked to them last night. They agreed to look at the pipe and possible fix it. However unless they are doing it free I am going to another shop in town. I tried to see if one of my buddies had a TIG welder but he doesn't.

In that hole in the fender where the stock air box goes through. Over the Drivers WHeel and through the fender. I guess I will have to ziptie a silicone coupler to it.

I got some axles from a buddy. He had them made at The Drive Shaft shop. Plus I have trailer for the car.

Couplers zipped tied won't do that engine bay justice. If it was the sheet metal hole that the tube goes through just take a piece of black vacuum line, slit it down the middle and slip that around the entire inner edge of the hole that the pipe goes through. It will have a very clean barely noticeable look.
