Default 800 miles thru rain and shine with 07 fujita cai and now CEL

So, when i installed my 07 CAI and it initially threw a CEL due to an unplugged vacuum hose. i just drove down to la jolla from san jose through a big storm and everything was alright. i drove 4 miles in la jolla in light showers and the cel came on. its been 800 miles with the cai and nothings gone wrong and im pretty sure its the cai throwing the cel. any suggestions to get rid of it? i looked at the filter and it looked a little wet.

why dont you get the code read (autozone or the like) to make sure its the CAI.

Could be something like a loose fuel cap, or a sensor failure unrelated to the CAI.

i went to autozone and used the OBD II sensor. when i plugged it in, it said that there were no codes....is that cuz i disconnected my battery or just cuz the problem got fixed by itself?
