Default Air flow ratio controller help needed

Ok, I just ordered a AFC from ebay, but when i got it my friend told me that it was a Vtech-AFC controller which what it turned out to be. Now scion has VVT-I which kind of similar to V-tech in a certain way. So can i still use this controller on my 07 TC and get the same results as the Normal S-AFC controller which i found out i should have gotten in the first place??? Help me out guys

VVTi is not similar to vtec (There is no h in vtec). VVTi has no effect on lift. So if what you meant to say is that you have a vtec controller, it will not work on a vvti car.

Dont order parts from ebay, especially if you dont really know what they are.
