Alright need helping convincing my dad for me to get a CAI
Alright, i been wanting to get injen CAI for awhile now, and my dad has been skeptical because of the warranty issue
I explain everything about the Magnuson-Moss act, and whatever, and he gets the whole sha-bang.
Anywho, he thinks that the CAI can cause problems for a ton of things under the hood and that when those things break its the CAI's fault
So my question is, how many problems can CAI cause, and how many things is it related to that it can void the warranty on those parts.

I have a Fugita and I don't really get better gas mileage because I love the low rumble of the CIA. Always hard on the gas. Here recently I've been shifting around 2700 RPM to attempt to save more gas. Also there isn't a significant change in HP at the wheels. If anything it is not a large gain by any means and should give you around the same gas mileage if not just alittle better. if you want a larger gain, there are some new spark plugs that increase gas mileage, more hp and more torque. they are on www.pulstarplug.com. the only set back is that they a 25 bucks a pop

www.trdsparks.com sells the injen with the bpv. You will need to cut the intake on both pipes to make it 100% functional and there is nothing to worry when you have a bpv except if you are using a K&N filter the oil will eventually get onto the MAF sensor causing problems but if you switch to the AEM Dryflow no problems. I had an injen on my car and around 18,000 my car started missing like I had bad fuel or plugs. I checked the plugs and everything else, but I could not figure out what it was. I bought some MAF cleaner by dumb luck cleaned it and no more issues. I had never cleaned the filter yet because it wasn't dirty yet.
