Default Any CARB exempt mods?

I have looked everywhere I can think of on the net.
I found a few things that say CARB exempt and then it will say (For off road use only).

I wanna add mods when i get my car, but I dont wanna be illegal

Of the top of my head: suspension mods are CARB exempt, TRD mods are CARB exempt, and I'm not sure but nitrous might be CARB exempt.

The majority of axle backs are carb exempt. I know that the PrecisionMuffler.com axle back is CARB exempt and is Decibal legal as well. :D

There will never be a carb legal header for the tC. The 1989 celica and camry had the same manifold type converter and no aftermarket header was ever made that was smog legal. I think the tC will fall under the same demise. The K and N intake might get carb approved, because I know that it wasn't apporved for the xB at first , but months later it was approved.

No problem, I do research on smog all the time. I have to stay updated when it comes to catalytic converters and putting on the right one.

anything that is an axle back or cat back under 95decibals is carb legal. Other than that, there is nothing.
