hahaha "simply remove...." my a$$ simply remove....how bout "simply remove your left front wheel, peel back your wheel well, possibly take off your front bumper, remove piping, reattach filter, possibly be where you need to go 2 hours late"

I think the restrictor plates are for keeping the speeds down...could be I'm mixing up this with something else, but the only reason to do that is to chop speed/power.
They made Chrysler do that when they came out with the Hemi's and started killing everyone else on the tracks...nobody could beat them fairly, so they got their 'nads chopped.

excuse me i forgot to mention...."throw extra piece of tubing at garage door in frustration, reattach front bumper, reattach wheel well, reattach tire, torque lugs to improper amount also due to frustration, exit garage, head to where you need to be at 100 mph, have left front wheel fall off due to improper torquing, replace wheel and front bumper due to scrapes, continue on your way...."

i got the trd cai, i like it, sounds great and performs great, i paid $500 and something(not looking at my reciept) also they day i got it i had to but brakes cuz i wore them down, only had like 4 thousand miles on the car so anyways $700 something total that day. also when i raced a eclipse v6 without out it my tc got womped on, but after i got it i raced my friend again and i beat him. so all in all i like it+its a toyata part, and didnt void my warranty

how much do they charge? i dont really care about any tuning, i just wanna do maybe 2 or 3 runs and get a print-out. i couldnt find that info on their site.

is it jus me, or does it look like this intake will mate up to the S/C..if you forget the portion before the bypass valve and dont put the BV in..you would be set, this is all based on my eyes

There's no maf placement on that second part and it needs a 90 degree turn to match up with the s/c unless you take the front part of the s/c off and then I don't think it's long enough so I don't think it would work although it would look pretty sweet.
