The Stealership wanted to charge me 200 for install but it only took about an hour and 10 min to install. easy. i think the 2.5 inch diameter makes for easier install than the 3 inch injen.

I had to get a TRD (AEM) CAI from Sparks and then have it installed on my xA by my dealer. Dealer charged me less than $50 to install it. With the TRD exhaust system, it sounds awsome. It may not be for everyone, but it works for me.

i so want a 1970 Chevelle SS!!! my uncle wants to give me his 69 Oldsmobile 442 and that will do nicely. runs faster than when it was new with all the mods and up to date technology with the antique feel on the interior. bangin sound system and a bit of reliability to boot!!!!!

Well, I'm 60 something, but I feel near 90! Been rode hard and put up wet. The old lead sleds were great screamers, but had 2 minor little probs. They were hell to turn and hell to stop! They were basically farm implements compared to cars today. It was a time when men were men and the sheep were nervous!

here's jonny!!!!!!!!!!!, i finally arrived, it seems as if this post was posted behind my back huh? lol j/k i was prolly sleeping! anyways most of you know how i feel about the TRD CAI, if you have the money and like it please yourself by getting what you want, dont please others and what they have or wish they have. Lastly you know I got the intake, and i can tell you i paid roughly $488 and that included instalation. Yes i could feel some better performance out of my tc , seems to get it up faster, and it sounds imo great not obnoxious. In the higher rpms yhou are able to step on the gas whitout the feeling of restriction. All in all it's a great purchase, but as i said before if you have the money and like it get it, if you have nothing good to say about it, then dont. Also the thing about not being carb legal...eh. Warranty is still kept as long as dealer does it. And I know someone will post " warranty is not voided if they can't trace the problem back to the after market part" or something like that. But as always it's a nice thing to have + if something goes wrong with it Scion will replace, but remeber only replacing if it has natrualy failed, so dont horse whip your cars lol.

It is nice... and I'm glad you're happy with it... but holy crap. That's well over double what I paid for Injen.
I just didn't think it would be that much, though I suppose it's mostly b/c of the install? The numbers are supposed to be pretty close as far as HP is concerned anyways. Though we really don't have any "good" test. Just a couple people that went to a free dyno... which is a start.
