Default Anybody install dc sports 4-2-1 headers on thier ride?

i have my headers coming today and read that that kid got 11 hrp gain w/ the a/w headers though.

I heared that the dc are very good and deleiver the same hp gain too. can anyone confirm this to be true?

im putting them in today and will post the results and can anyone tell me if my cel will come on?

a/w are 4->1 not 4->2->1. more peak gains.

i created a thread about general modding but my main topic was the dc sports.. check here:

nope. 4 into 1 is better for overall power but sacrifices low end torque (slightly).
4-2-1 retains the low end torque but doesn't give as much of a gain up high

Just to make sure you know, the CamCon will have to be tuned on the dyno. That can get extremely expensive. If you plan to do other mods that are going to modify the airflow in or out of the car, then you should wait until after those mods are installed to tune the CamCon. Otherwise, you'll have to tune it multiple times in order to make good use out of it and ensure a good A/F ratio balance.

The DC Sports Header is 4-1. It is labeled incorrectly on some websites.

Honestly, the AW seem to have a better design. The DC are ceramic coated, while the AW are completely stainless steel and w/ a Lifetime warranty on their craftsmanship. If I were to guess, I'd say AW put more R&D into their design, such as the collector, and would likely produce more gains.
