So I was thinking of going to a shop to see what can be opened up between the factory header and the TRD exhaust. I know they can do an oversized crinkle bend swap on the S-pipe (just a thought), but will it toss a cell if you remove the 2nd cat since there is one in the header? Any tips or experience here would be great. I love the sound of the TRD so I wanted to keep it.

will not throw CEL.

and you wanted to do a crinkle bend new spipe? tats a very bad idea. better off jus buying a new s pipe. more reliable.

as for the midpipe. go for it. my frend has alraedy done that with the TRD exhaust and it sounds throaty from the outside and sounds great with out the headache from the inside
