Default Bottom end motor builds

I didn't find to much when i searched the forums for info so ill ask the questions in here don't bash

I'm looking to build my motor to handle 500hp. By building it my self. so far i have :
TD05H 20G Turbo( it will handle 30psi easy)
ARP Head studs
Rebuild head with all the add on's ,new valve job, springs, retainers all that jazz
660cc precision Injectors
HUGE Aerospeed IC/ Custom piping routing due to the TDO5
Tial Waste gate 7psi spring
AEM F/IC
Zpi mani
Zpi 2.5 downpipe/ Welded dump tube to recirculate into downpipe
Agency power all the way back to a HKS axle back
Turbo XSX manual boost controller
Genuine HSK III blow off valve

Huge K&N filter

-6AN oil lines
-6AN waterlines
Got a bunch more interior ____ that doesn't matter for power.

But like i was saying i want 500hp
Its my daily driver so id be doing things in steps so i could still drive my car. Id run it at 280hp where I'm at right now till every add on is on for the 500hp range.

So what should i start with?

Also What would be the cheaper to do the bottom end?Buy the parts(rod, piston, crank) my self pull the motor and go at it. or buy a ptuning short block and just build up the motor and drop it in?

And as far as other parts for the car i know ill need a new clutch flywheel and axles and LSD fuel pump what do u guys recommend.
And is there anything elce im missing?

do what i did buy a spare block and build that your going to want bigger injectors then that also look in to a biigger fuel pump like a deatshwerk. keep in mind your going to need a better clutch also also may need a spare transmission and axles lol cause sh*t happens and will break i have gone thru 4 transmission on my 5th one and like my 8th axle problem was car was lowered and are transmission suck.

bottom end: is wiseco pistons .5 bored over, k1 rods, arp main studs, arp head studs, balance shaft delete, and i decided to run oem head gasket

head work: brian crower springs and retainers, port and polish and 3 angle valve job.

fuel: 1000cc deatschwerk injectors and deatschwerk fuel pump

ecu: running a emanage ultimate had a aem fic just wasnt cutting it for me needed th higher revs (set at 7400rpm)

had my car runnong on 22 psi for a while 60-1 until turbo went bad now i have a sc6262 .82 hot and .70 cold

I ALSO DAILY MY CAR AND KEEP IN MIND YOU WILL HAVE PROBLEMS POP UP WHEN MAKING POWER.

ehhh i see. Im trying to make the car bullet proof so i dont have issues even if it take longer to build it up. I can do it it in steps over a long period of time. I figure if i do the bottom end and clutch ill beable to keep the car at like 14psi 350hp and hold it there till i can upgrade more to make it 500. I just want every ones opinions from trial and error

@350hp lol stuck clutch will give in about a month if your lucky then again can last longer depending on your driving.

i had stock clutch @12 psi went out in about month i currently am running a act 6 puck heavy duty pressure plate with solid insert motor and transmission mount.

is your car lowered at all? mine was slammed and slammed and power dont go hand to hand i rasied it up since but need to raise a bit more.

what i would do. start by buying a junkyard motor and brake it down and build it your self or send it out to good engine builder. as your waiting for your motor turbo charge your car, tune it get your car ready for the built motor. do every thing else you need to do to reach your goal that way when your motor is done all you have to do is swap out the motors brake it in and go back to the dyno and tune peak power.

hope this helps good luck

Not a bad idea how much do junk blocks go for? and is it cheaper to do it that way and sleeve it and by all the bottom end parts separate?
