Rob should be heading onto the dyno today with her if all goes well.
Correct. Any stock or stock replacement.

this is probably a gasket issue. if you use the OEM gasket it isnt wide enough for the mouth of your new s-pipe. so either way you will need to get that gasket replaced. i know a certin someone at dezod that knows what i'm talking about because he sent me one. *coughpaulcough*

For those that don't know about Jim and I, we are joking.
Jimbo used our S1 donut gasket kit to work:

From our S/C tester....
"Hi Paul,
Got the baseline runs today. Wasn't able to get the header on and back on the dyno today. Trying to get back on it Friday. The shop is PRL Motorsports, they said they had worked with you guys in the past. They used to be called Hybrid Dynamics. Dennis was running the dyno today, he said he liked the way the header looked and thinks it should help with the supercharger."

Paul, I am just curious to how putting a cat on the header makes it not rasp? I am running a Weapon R, and added a cat to my midpipe to help with legality issues. When I ran this header originally it was on factory piping now I am aftermarket on all just to try to keep the farts down? Does the Rav4 have factory exhaust? If you say that this has no rasp I will sell my frooken header and go with yours, but I'm from the show me state. LOL Heck I would be willing to test the hp diferences between the WR and yours. I got a dyno right down the street.

Yep I called you out. I said it was bull that this header would reduce rasp. Here are some of my results...
Look what Dezod Clause brought me for Christmas..
The workman ship on this is amazing, I thought the welds were CNC until Paul told me that he has a welder who really takes his job serious. The Fab, and machine work on this was exceptional! Here are a few pics of the header installed...
So I took the header and did a dyno comparison vs. the Weapon R header. Unfortunatly right now my data is not complete, my primary O2 Sensor was stripped and would not work. Once I get that fixed I will have more complete numbers.
What I do have is the proof of the rasp issue, that I origionally called Paul out on. Here are three videos that show my set up, and both runs in 3rd gear.
I really hate exhaust clips where people rev up the motor to give you the sound of the exhaust, but it sound totally different when it is under load, so
this is the video of the Weapon R exhaust sound.
Finally this video shows the sound of the Dezod header, we go through the gears a little bit, and then hit WOT for the dyno test.
In closing I owe Paul an apology for calling him out, but he is honest about his products, and when he says it will do what he claims he is truthful on this. I will back him any time about this. I think that this header will be great for those who want better than stock, and don't want to deal with the rasp crap that comes with the header. I don't race, so I do not have a need for the Weapon R any more, and to my word it is for sale now!
Please be patient, as I still need to get the O2 sensor to get accurate data, more to come.
