Thanks for the positive comments. Frank is a master at his trade and it definitely shows in his work as you can see.

I am glad my assumptions where confirmed with rasp removal and better sound from our design. I think it sounds great in the second video.

So now let's see that primary o2 get fixed and get on that dyno again.

i love the sound clip. i wanted this before and that made it even worse. Just hoping that the dyno shows even a modest gain in performance over stock and I will be sold completely. Living in the Rochester NY area if things go well and the price is good I am all over driving to Buffalo to pick this up for the car asap!!

All the pipes are mandrel bent to begin with. Nothing is crush bent, if that's what you are asking.

Not to burst anyone's bubble, but it's difficult, to say the least, to distinguish rasp on the video with the header in production. One would have to hear this in person to truly judge.

Also, what supporting mods have been done? CAI or SRI? Any head-work?

I understand what you mean, most people just rev up their cars, but I could do that an not get rasp with the weapon R, this one I have the car at least driving. You can definatly hear the rasp on the Weapon R video. I will tell you that when I did those videos I also had the silencer in the axle back. Now I don't, I got a little rasp when the car was cold, and it was 28 degrees out, but that is the only time I have heard any. It mostly sounds like a 350Z.

My motor is completely stock, and I am running a K&N Typhoon cold air intake, and you saw the video with the exhaust. I am just waiting on an oxygen sensor to complete the dyno results. I should have that soon.
