CEL has 18 codes help!
My 07 TC started running very rough a couple of days ago. At first when I would start it up the engine was sputtering very badly, like it was misfiring in multiple cylinders. After running for a couple of minutes it was fine. Then the next day it did it going down the highway also. I took it to the local parts store to have them check the codes. These are the codes it came back with.

After looking through all of them it seemed like it may all be related to my MAF sensor. I replaced it and it seemed to be fine. Started it up and let it idle for a bit, within 20 minutes cel came back on and it was doing the same thing again. It also started to overheat very badly. So I went back and ran the codes again. This is what it came back as the second time.

Some of the codes are the same as the ones before, but others are new. I replaced the thermostat on it, which seems to have fixed the overheating. I've checked the oil, there is no water in it at all. The coolant looks a bit grey but not oily. When its idling you can smell/see its burning very rich. I have a injen cold air intake, megan racing headers, invidia s pipe, and injen axle back exhaust. I know the 420 code is because of my s pipe, but it has never caused an issue other than the cel would stay on. Car has 112k miles on it, the engine only has 24k miles on it. It seems like this is a electrical issue not mechanical, but before I buy a bunch more parts I wanted some advice.

P0420 is cause of the headers. You can usually get rid of it by using a spacer on the secondary o2 sensor (on the s-pipe). A lot of those codes are ECM related as well. Have any of these codes come up in the past (like when the motor was swapped out)?
