Clutch Slipping

Clutch Slipping
Ok so my girlfriends 2005 scion Tc's clutch is slipping. I have found an Exedy OEM clutch kit to replace the friction plate presure plate etc. for $185.00 shipped.
Kit includes:
1. Pressure Plate
2. Clutch Disc (Friction Plate)
3. Throwout Bearing (Release Bearing)
4. Pilot Bearing
5. Alignment Tool
is there anything else i would need?
The car is stock and i am not looking for any upgrades.
Whats the cheapest route to go, Exedy is reasonably priced, but perhaps an aftermarket clutch can be found cheaper.
Also would this clutch kit solve the problem alone, or do i need to replace the flywheel as well. This is my first Manual Trans so i am still new to the whole clucth thing, and it is not like a motorcycle.
Please any info on how to get the car running good again is appreciated.
Thanks

yes, that is pretty much all you need. depending on the flywheel condition a resurface might be in order. If not too bad, you can leave the flywheel alone.
If you need it installed LMK. I'm a certified factory trained mercedes-benz tech and that is my full-time job. I'm in palm beach and I side work on saturdays at my dealership.. (as long as it's not a mercedes)

ok ok i found my solution - thanks anyways.
Toyota quote me $1373.00 for just the clutch with a 12month/12,000mile warranty
i have found a shop to replace the clutch and flywheel (if needed or just resurface) for a maximum of $682.00 parts and labor, with a 2 year unlimited mile warranty on parts and labor.
Toyota - is too proud.
