Default Cold Start ticking from Belts?

This just started 2 days ago, I thought it would go away but it sounds like it's here to stay. I'm beginning to get this ticking sound from the belts when I cold start the car. It's not even that cold around here either, it's only about 40-50 degrees when I'm cold starting it. The belts whine a little bit from the cold and moisture and that has been normal until 2 days ago when this clicking started.
It seems to get quieter after warm up but after 15 mins of driving I can still hear it very faintly if I open the hood.

I've done some research and it sounds like it could be the belt tensioner? Give me some advice if you can!

What's your total mileage? If it's high enough, consider a pulley bearing that might be going out. You gotta check every pulley, in past cases it has usually been the alternator pulley or the tensioner.

Belts won't make a ticking sound, but pulleys will. Watch the drive belt while it runs and see if it looks loose, or when the vehicle is off try pulling on the belt.

The belt looks ok when I'm looking at it running but I'll check it again and give the belt a tug. I'm hoping it's a not the tensioner, if it's a pulley that means aftermarket pulleys!

Mileage is at 103k, but I've only had it for 23k so I have no idea if the belts were changed prior to me getting it. Doesn't sound like it's going to be an easy fix.

Likely looking at a tensioner honestly. And I personally would stay away from aftermarket pulleys, but you can judge for yourself from threads on here.

Well that sucks, tensioners aren't cheap either. Guess I'll start at the belts and work my way back to the remainder. Any DIYs out there you think?

This is the best thing I was able to find. I'm tackling this task this weekend. I'm going to be replacing my tensioner, waterpump, and serpentine belt. Can't wait to get rid of the ticking.
