Default Crank but No Start..

I acquired a 06 tC with a thrown rod. My friend happened to have an 05 with a good motor so I swapped the motor from the 05 into the 06. Got it all back together, cranks just fine but doesn't start. It's getting fuel has new injectors and I tested the pump to make sure that works and it's new fuel so I ruled the fuel system out. I move to the ignition system and come to find the spark plugs with spark once and then wont spark again. I just replaced them and I tested the coils in my working 07 tC and it ran fine. I looked around for blown fuses or loose wires and came up with nothing. I even tried a new ECU to see if they would work and nothing. I even tried replacing the TPMS ( ofc it's apart of the throttle body so I replaced the whole thing ) and still nothing. After replacing the ECU it felt like it wanted to start a little more as I was starting to get backfires from the engine which wasn't happening prior. I have a Scan Tool and its throwing misfire and fuel codes. But it's not a diagnostics tool.

Any help on tracking down this issue would be appreciated.
