Stainless steel is more expensive, but much stronger and more durable than aluminum.

and it is not aluminum piping, it is steel that is coated with an aluminun coating...therefore it is aluminized piping. Does not last as long as stainless, and cannot be polished up to a brilliant shine like stainless.

I have the CC Full Stainless Steel Exhaust with the Highflow Cat and the magnaflow muffler. I get alot of props from my friends and other people, almost all of them agree that it sounds like the stock SRT-4, except its just a tad bit lower in noise than the SRT-4's.

And yes i would go with stainless steel, looks ALOT better.

Heres some pictures you can take a look at...

the stainless will NEVER rust

the aluminum will eventually rust

THAT is the main difference

james, in your opinion. what muffler sounds the best with your system?

i think i might be selling my TRD exhaust and getting your setup... that looks nice. i would have to get the high flow cat... but it still seems like a nice kit

I have a full stainless system on order with a high flow cat, resonator, and Borla muffler...waiting for it to arrive. Then I'll let you know. In my experience Borla kicks butt as far as sound and performance.

we fitted all 3 and decided the Borla sounded the best. The magnaflow is HORRIBLE IMO....just sounds like a really bad honda.

It would be great if you could post a vid or sound clips of the car after its installed.

The full exhaust kit sounds great with the Borla muffler!

BTW... Was anyone else missing 2 sets of bolts/nuts for install? I mean, it was nice of CC to include an extra gasket, but the 2 nuts to connect the midpipe and "axel-back" section would have been more helpful.

Flowmaster will sound like crap! I am just being honest since I had it on my car before I switched it to Borla.

If money is an issue, dont be afraid of the aluminized pipe. Unless you live in an area with harsh winters and salted roads, the aluminized will easly last for the life of your car. I bought a mandrel bent aluminized catback for my 94 Z28 camaro that looked great after 6 years of parking outside less than 1 mile from the ocean where EVERYTHING rusts. THe borla muffler is stainless, so it will still look good from the back. Just my $.02
