Math help: converting mm to inches 90mm is 3.54" Because the conversion factor is 25.4mm to 1inch

Yeah I an inline look with it kicked sideways...but I"m afraid of the dB's. On my scort I used a Y-pipe then ran dual mufflers...helped SO much. Sounded even better after I turbo'd it.

Ok I didn't like the silver finish so I painted it all black. I am amazed how lined up everything tuned out. I was using a 3A tip but it was a little too small, so I removed the stock tip and got it to fit on perfectly. From the rear it looks almost totally stock unless you have a keen eye or you hear the deep tone.

Ok, This is final, i think i decided on what i want to do with my custom muffler system.

Ok i am going to buy a Apexi N1 universal muffler, the turbo version but the inlet i think its to big, and i dont like the n/a version since the outlet tip looks to small, so i was wondering is there such a thing as a cup converter that plugs into the end of a 90mm tubing to a 60mm tubing?

Also, to where will i need piping too?
I want stainless steel piping cause i am afraid of rust, or what piping should i use?
Also what is the life use of a stainless steel muffler?

thanks guys

Edit:

Ok so i found this link
https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...diagram#676930

and if you look at the 4rth post it has the pic with the middle image piping...Do i cut that off to?
I think the s pipe is the curved shaped one right, so no cel would come on if i replace with straight piping from that point on?

I would be more worried about the carbon monoxide fumes coming up into the passenger compartment.

Sorry dude but no muffler = loud and obnoxious = ghetto rice image for the Tc. Try not to make this car turn into another Civic. Not hating just some constructive criticism

and aint nothing wrong making this car into the next civic... all you people say you want parts people that do custom stuff is how those things get made.

When I built my exhaust I had to move my car around a few times with out the muffler and it was way to loud. Though it's not defening it was still annoying and I don't think I would want to drive around with it sounding like that. If you want to turn this car into the next riced out Civic go ahead. Don't count me in.

So there really is nothing to worry about, you really have to drive the tC to understand how it sounds. Its not ricey, just different. :D

DUDE, GREAT JOB ON THE DYNOMAX SETUP, I THINK THATS THE SYSTEM I WANT TO DO. SEEMS LIKE ITS THE NICEST ONE IVE SEEN YET. IS THERE ONLY 1 DYNOMAX TURBO MUFFLER? OR WHEN I GO GET ONE DO I HAVE TO GET A SPECIFIC 1? GOT A SOUND CLIP? LOOKS LIKE IT WOULD BE PRETTY QUIET WHEN U WANT QUIET AND STILL SOUND NICE WHEN YOU GET ON IT.. SOUND CLIP WOULD MAKE ME DAY..

I just got done doing a custom exhaust system on my tc. Just went with piping straight back to a large tip. No muffler and it sounds nice. Deep tone, not the honda civic tone. Ill change it up later with a dual exhuast but untill then im happy with it.

I haven't had a chance to record a sound clip but I will try. Its pretty quiet so I don't know how well it will turn out.
