Thumbs up DC header, tsudo N1 axleback, and the boy who fell in love with his tC again

For years now I've only had a DC header installed on my tC. Stock intake, stock S-pipe, stock exhaust. I was happy with the gains and mild exhaust note. For fear of awful rasp, I shied away from am exhausts. I once tried to put a Megan racing catback and took it off within 5 minutes and sold it because of the rasp that was produced with the header. Fast forward a few years to this morning when I installed a Tsudo N1 axleback. Man, was I impressed with the low sound, even throughout the RPM range. Not to mention it feels as if I freed up some trapped HP/TQ. So, I thought I would like to share my experience with this setup. Stock intake, DC header, stock S-pipe, stock mid-pipe, and tsudo N1 axleback. I am very pleased with the performance and exhaust note. Future plans will only be a drop-in filter(as far as I/H/E is concerned). Sound clip? I dont have a camcorder, but I will try and put one up by next week. Thanks for reading.

there is no real gains. i have megan header/s-pipe, custom mid-pipe and tsudo axle back. its a good sound, but not dramatic performance upgrade.

on a side note, the tsudo is a piece of sh!+. my hanger just broke off so now im holding it up with a coat hanger.

of course its goona sound good you still have the 2nd cat anf the resantor on the midpipe......if you got a downpipe ill free up more power nothing noticeable ill make the tone deeer..if you change the midpipe ill be louder...but you would need a full exhasut to get any real gains not much any way...header with the stock exhasut i think sounds horrible

I had the Tsudo Cat-back system on my car and it sounded good but the quality of the product was sh!tty... the muffler fell apart.. it all started with the stuffing on the inside blew right out the back and it got ignorant loud...like a civic with a fart can... then the end tip fell of and the hanger flange broke off... so i went with the Megan axle back since i had the mid pipe and everything else already and I like the tone it has.
