anybody know where i can get a decent header with the precat on it still? the picture on hopupracing is the same one on creativecompacts.com, and the difference is that CC's megan header says it has a high flow pre cat. But i read somewhere that megan stopped making their headers with the precat, so i'm a little confused.

holy jeez these questions get ask alot but I understand.
After the header there is a 2 foot pipe called a S-pipe. Your second 02 sensor is located there. This is the sensor that tells the computer that the first cat is working by seeing reduced tempeture from the first 02 sensors reading in your factory header/manifold. There is a little threaded pipe called a anti-fouler that pulls the second 02 sensor a few inches out of the s-pipe so it does not get so hot. This tricks the computer and 90% of the time no CEL. Should this not work you can hardwire a sensor in the 02 wire that will do it (more money) called a 02 simulator. You can pick one up EZ here :http://www.racingsolution.com/showpa...on=DisplayPart
Also be aware adding a header will make your car much louder if you have a aftermarket exhaust.
