ECU Wiring Question for E.S.K - 2 pics
Well, I'm just not 100% sure about this. I wish I had a description of the wires. Here is the deal...Firt pic is the install sheet for the IS300 ECU. The second pic is our ecu.
There is a power and ground wire. There is 2 wires in and 2 wires out (red/black and yellow/black)...putting this device inline with the 2 tranny control wires. The "X" marks are where connections. Any thoughts if that is the light green and dark green wires?

On the ECU data sheet from Greddy, those 2 connections are not defined. I presume because Greddy has no use for them. But does anyone have a description of what those 2 wires are (light green and dark green wires- 2nd connector from right)?

Ok got it.
Pin 34 (Green) is for the (-) side of the Transmission Revolution Sensor (Counter Gear).
Pin 35 (Light Green) is for the (-) side of the Transmission Revolution Sensor (Turbine).
Pin 34 (Green) is for the (-) side of the Transmission Revolution Sensor (Counter Gear).
Pin 35 (Light Green) is for the (-) side of the Transmission Revolution Sensor (Turbine).

No descriptions for those 2 wires on all the ECU information I've found...even from Greddy for their emanage. Probably because they have no need to deal with it.

Well, to be on the safe side (didn't want to blow the sensors) I called Turboeast this morning and asked if this was correct to hook into.
They said NO
It appears everything is the same electronic wise between the IS300 and the TC, but they moved a few connections. They will email me their installation for the TC this afternoon.
Man oh man am I glad I waited.
