I haven't had the time to look in to it either. Sorry. What I have done was grab the exhaust tip and pushed it down to get it away from the bumper. I need to take it back to ProMotion and get the exhaust looked at again.

most exhaust shops should have weld-in exhaust hangars that they can position directly perpendicular against the direction of the movement (looks like an L bracket with a bushing on one end, with the other end welded to the pipe). They're really damn stiff, a friend's car had them and when I pushed the exhaust the whole car shook with it.

so would a poly-utherane exhaust hanger reduce the movement of an exhaust? i let my friend test drive my car one day and i saw that my HKS axleback goes all over the place in the beginning of a gear, lol.

An idea!
Well I don't know if this will help anyone out but I have an injen exhaust and if anyone in here has one they know that it will bang itself up against our rear "axle" ( I don't know why it's called that we have a fwd!!) So I saw this post where someone took out the rubber hanger and put a coke bottle cap in one of the slots. i know it;s kinda ricer but it worked. Well I put mine on the one nearest to the "axle" and it lowered it just enough to stop the rattling. I figure that you all could do the same with yours just to lower it a bit!!! I hope this helps someone!!
