Default Exhaust Question High Flow Cat

Alright well heres my dilemma ive recently been looking into purchasing an exhaust for my 07 tc. I was considering the megan racing drift spec till I realized that the mid pipe removed the second cat... i want my car to stay emissions legal since I live in cali and they seem to be strict about that. But im the kind of person that if hes going to buy something he wants it to improve performance a bit and i know an axle back exhaust wont do that. So i started looking up my other options and found an exhaust kit on ebay with a high flow cat http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-08...mZ360032799192
they also sell the kit as an axle back. I wanted to know if its worth the extra money to buy the kit with the highflow cat or to just go with the axleback, also will the highflow cat pass emissions on the site it says 50 states legal so im assuming so. Thanks for the help this is my first post on this site and im sure you guys will be extremely helpful.
Heres the link for the axleback version http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-08...mZ360032799174

the drift spec is fine with emissions. the secondary cat is basically useless

try the tanabe concept g. its just a rear section so you keep all of your other piping.

alright now im looking at the megan racing axleback so i can keep all my stock piping i can get ti for 200 shipped which seems pretty cheap so im really tempted to order it. Theres not much sound clips was only able to find one on you tube so im not really sure if i should but for 200 its hard to say no.

I would just buy the skunk2 catback + vibrant high flow cat ... have the shop weld the cat just before the resonator or

go with the ARK catbacks ... the 2 versions they offer are true catbacks and bolt up right after the tc stock cat .....
