Default Exhaust, s-pipe?

Whats up guys. I have a 06 tC with the supercharger and stock exhaust. My girlfriends gonna buy me a Borla axel back for my birthday. I wanna free up as much of the exhaust as possible without deleting either cat and without creating ANY rasp. So I will not be installing a header. Ive read the s-pipe is very restrictive so would it be worth it to install an s-pipe between the stock header and mid-pipe? I see that there are 2 s-pipes out there; the invidia which is 2.5" and megan which is 2.25", will either of them bolt to the oem exhaust and will there inner diameters even match up?

i have the invidia one i just like it better cause the bends are smoother then the megan one in my opion just looks better overall.....i have the drift spec along with the downpipe but pretty sure ill bolt up to the stock midpipe which i dont see any point in doing i mean if your doing the down pipe might as well do the whole exhasut....rasp is only from the header......downpipe will make the car little louder and deeper but free up some ponies but nothing noticeable

Nice. Good info. I think im feeling the Invidia. Guess the only question is whether or not im gonna throw a CEL with the new s-pipe or does that only happen when u got an aftermarket header?
