I had to get a new block back in 2008 due to a scored cylinder.
Get corporate on the horn and tell them your story their really good about helping their customers out.
From what I understand the dealer has to prove that it was your fault and not a malfunction before they can deny your warranty.
like spicy said if they give you anymore crap take it to another dealership.
