Default Fujita Cold Air intake can be converted into a short ram?

hey i drive an 08 tc and i was wondering if you could convert the fujita cold air intake into a short ram? thanks

If it's a two-piece-piping setup (to not include the filter and bands, I don't think it will be an issue... You just have to check the clearance where the filter attaches to the tubing closest to the throttle body...

I could be wrong though, since I was going to try it for the rainy season.

bump on this, does anyone know. has anyone done it. any issues? i just bought a new grill(VRD) and am installing it today and while doing so was going to convert my fujita CAI into short ram if possible. just want to know if im going to be wasting my time trying or not.

I have a 2007 and I did it because my cel kept going off with the cold air. i just cut the bracket underneath the tube and thats it it works. I will post some pics up soon
